Anyone have a small sample program for the iTNC 530 that I can look at, to begin some post work on. We will be receiving a new machine soon and I would like to get a head start.

the iTNC 530 will accept G-code...you do not have to use converstaional all the time ...some of the modal commands and G codes are different but you can get around that ...if it is a multi axis machine beware of Cycle def 19 ...this might have been fixed since i last run one a year ago

i've got a beta Mpmaster_TNC from Brett Thomas.

looks great for doing conversational.

send a mail to inhouse, and you get a good startpoint.

BTW it's not 5ax.

Took maybe 5 minutes to download the PDF file,

530 pages, hey I wonder if they did that on purpose?

 

Just went to save the PDF and it has a non-descriptive name, so if ya save it, ya probably wanna change it to make it easier to find in da future.

Have your dealer request our (In-House solutions') Mpmaster_Heid_CONV and Mpmaster_Heid_ISO posts. The ISO isn't. 2 line arc command format, etc. It's more of a literal translation of the Conversational (Klartext).
