Help Scaling?

Recommended Posts

I have a complex pocket in a part. I need to machine the entire pocket a hundred thousandths deeper, wider, and longer. I need to create a new drawing for this particular project. Is there a way I could somehow scale or offset the entire pocket by .1 on every side so that is is deeper, wider, and longer by .1?? Any help would be better than none. Thanks in advance.

screen blank all the entities you don't want to show up.they are still there, just put away until you unblank them.i may be in over my head since most of the surfaceing i do is simple stuff.i don't understand why if a create a surfaced cylinder and xform scale all ent.i am allowed to select xyz instead of uniform and you are not.maybe you cant do that on certain surfaces. i don't know. hope i haven't confused you.
