issues w/ multisurfacing in x2

hello all, this is the first time i have posted on this board, I'm going on 10yrs w/ MC and trying to make the jump from 9 to x2.

I'm looking for some knowledgable answers to an issue i'm having. I couldn't find one thru the search feature.

i use multisurfs alot and x2 seems to write them differently than 9. ie. multisurf/parallel - unless i have a checked surface or edge curve to contain the tool, it will plunge the tool outside the boundaries of the drive surfaces. No matter what parameter I check or uncheck, it's always the same result. I don't have to do this w/ 9 and i know there has to be a way around involving myself w/ extra work selecting checked surfaces. (if i remember correctly, i may have had this problem in 9, to fix it i checked "Only between surfaces" box in the Advanced settings box in the Finish Parallel Parameters tab) Any tips? suggestions? thx in advance for any help

I have just run some test toolpaths. It seem to do OK on the outside edge, but on holes it is rolling the edges. Luckly most holes are easy to fill.

I am useing mostly high speed toolpaths now so I have to make boundries and extend edges anyway.

Hope they adress this in future releases.
