I need to find suppliers that can 3D mill electrodes for us. We currently don’t have a graphite mill to produce some highly detailed electrodes needed for a few jobs from a regular customer and I’m having a hard time finding one. We would supply a solid model (Solid Works) of the face detail and it would need reversed and cut small for a spherical orbit. We would supply the graphite trodes on 50mm Erowa tooling.
