english to metric

Gentlemen I have never switched from english to metric after all my toolpaths are done, I tryied it and screwed up all toolpaths does anybody have a better way to post in metric from english without changing the tools to metric as well?

Go to your settings>>configuration. At the bottom of your system configuration screen it says current. If you change this it prompts you (do you wish to scale the current part) say yes and all is done.

 

I would make a copy of the file before doing this. I just did it on a simple part and it worked great.

your screwed if you already put toolpaths in though. The figures in your toolpaths will not update. Unless something changed lately.

Armando like Tryon said it will not update the tools and the paths or i should say not tools.
