crazy behavior in X2 MR1 SP1

in case anyone has encountered the following...I'd love any leads.

 

1 - hour glass when hovering over surfaces

2 - no auto highlight when mousing over things

3 - when in dynam rotate, the surface you click on goes invisible (could be a good feature)

4 - Config box can take 1 min to load

5 - entities deleted when analysed

6 - simply saving the config box, fixes 1-5

 

otherwise everythings perfect...

That doesn't sound familiar...

 

For troubleshooting you could rename your .config file... For example if you have toast.config you could change it to toast.config.renamed.

 

After you do this, Mastercam will re-create a new default config at startup and you could see if that fixes anything...

Make sure you have Read/Write access to the

whole Mastercam install folder

I'm almost certain you may need to increase the amount of entities in your dynamic rotation settings. That used to happen to me in Version 9 until I changed it. I don't use many surfaces anymore but I will be for the next month. Maybe I'll also run into it then.

Yes to #1 #2.

Intermittently.

Also, autosave window comes up for confirm but the box is behind MC window and you dont know it is waiting. Autohighlight not work until you find autosave window and complete it. It seems that some other things also dont work in that senario.
