Happy Friday.

I'm running in to this problem, maybe someone can help.

I export all of my operations in to a files, but when I import it to another new file, it delete out the same tool I used. EX: I used T1=.500 to rough and T2=.500 to finish. But when it come in, T2 is delete out and T3 became T2.

Also, can you import only the Tools, not operation? Thanks.

I don't know why it's doing this. Rather than saving out the ops to your library and then importing them back in, try importing them directly from the MCX file (assuming you're using X). Right click-import and click the browse button (folder icon next to the ops library name). Browse to the folder that your MCX file is in. Now you can select any of the operations from that MCX file to import. See if your tools come in correctly now.

Open the tool manager. In between the 2 big windows are 3 icons. Click the farthest one to the right. This will allow you to import only the tools from another MCX file.

also check your tool settings in the op manager. set your toolpath config to "search tool library when entering a tool number" instead of "assign tool numbers sequentially". Then when you are done importing, switch it back. That way when you import tools they will stay the same number as what your importing.
