NetHasp Question

We recently migrated all our licences to a nethasp. It works OK, but for the last

week, we've been getting an error message.

When you launch Mastercam the Nethasp replys

 

"Error checking out license.

"All available licenses are in use"

 

Click OK and Mastecam launches normally.

Does anyone have any idea what causes this or how to fix it?

It started the morning after the latest Windows update and our NH server updates automatically.

We still get it here from time to time. Dont know why though.

I thought it was because our server was in another building down the road.

 

Kinda sporadic, most of the time it works well though.

With 5 seats now its easier to get a license, majority of

the guys here are Gibbs users.

Did you create a "Custom" ini file for Mastercam to find the license server? When I install for customers, I do that first thing to help eliminate some goofy issues. I use Aladdin DiagnostiX to create it.

Yes... 2 of our programming stations are portable with wireless conctions for the nethasp.

Everything is working well except for the

annoying and incorrect warning we get on launch.
