I've still had no joy getting my 8600GT & 8800GT cards to work with Mastercam frown.gif . So it looks like i'm going to have to fork out for a couple of new cards.

Been looking around and saw a Quadro FX3400 and was wondering if this would be any good for X2 MR2 SP1?

Thnx

Mouse??

Do you have or have to tried just a regular 3 mutton generic mouse?

Uninstall the current mouse drivers, shut down, plug in generic mouse and restart and see if that helps?

Yes John i've tried 4 different mice with all three systems. In fact 1 of the systems (Mesh) came with a basic logitech cordless mouse & keyboard that required No drivers just the generic one's that come with windows.

What Card are you running John?

I presume this card will run full antialiasing cos thats wat i'm looking for. The 8800gt flickers in dynamic rotation & Backplot with antialiasing enabled.

Yeah prices are really down for that card

My Google search came up with Dell OEM cards for $400. I hooked a Dell 24in wide screen UltraSharp

to my Quadro last night.. looks like its going to work real well. I had a 24in Samsung and wireframe looked like twisted pieces of wire.

It drove me nuts.. the Dell is much nicer

Personally I don't for a second believe it's his card, the G80 processor on the 8800 cards makes ALL the difference.

I know the Quadro cards are recommended but the ONLY thing that is disabled is Realview in SW2008.

Unless someone needed that for some reason, I would have no problem recommending this card for use.
