I use drill/mills from MSC all the time. I am not exactly sure what you are planning on using them for, but I use them for slotting+chamfering with no problem.

sounds like you have different NC file names.

When Tech support told me to try shutting off the firewall, I thought, could it realy be that simple?? I don't know if these are the same issues you are having, but it can't hurt to try. Good luck.

My SW 2009 kept freezing up on me.(got so bad I could not even open it anymore) After wasting half a day trying to figure it out, I decided to do a uninstall/ re-install. I tried about 10 times to uninstall, getting to different completion points each time, and that wasted another 1/2day. The next day I called SW tech-support and they told me to shut off the firewall before uninstall and then turn it back on after install. Sure enough, uninstall/re-install worked first try. Kind of sounds like the same issues you are having.
