This lathe has the OSP 7000l control. I am using MasterCam x2. This machine has a top and bottom turret no sub-spindles or live tooling. I have to use them at the same time. Can not get MasterCam to post for two different turrets in a single program.I called my MasterCam resaler. They wanted $**** to create a post.

If you go back and read some of my old suggestions you will see I laid a complete way to do this if you are up to the task of doing your own post. The Esprit post cost about the same for that machine, but then you got to pay for Esprit.

Really good for you how did you handle the balanced turning on canned cycles? How did you handle roughing everything except the last past and have the top turrets last rough past synced with the finish past on the lower??? I had one heck of a time with them and if you did a post in that short of time why even bother to get a quote?

Kennedy do you have IGF on that lathe I am asuming this is an LU IGF for 2 turret no sub or live tools is way faster anyway
