tool on wrong side of part??

I have started programming a basic part from the top of the part. I then will need to flip the part over and machine a feature on the opposit side. So I create a new WCS making the bottom of the part what i see when I change to my homemade WCS and click "Top"

 

But when I try to path something the tool is on the opposite side of the part.

 

I tried to go into stock set up and change the stock view but that did not work...what am I doing wrong?

 

Do I have to start another machien group?

It sounds like your planes got flipped around on you. Give them a look.

You don't have to make another machine group. Is your tool plane set to your new WCS?

How is it possible for the planes to be flipped if all I did was create a WCS and start to create toolpaths?

Check your planes tab if Display relative to WCS is unchecked they should all have the same name.

Your tool plane and construction plane were not set correctly in the view manager when you started your toolpath.

If you have "Update T/CPlane when changing Gview" checked in your config file, it can cause these type of things if you're not careful.
