c-hook to find smallest radius?

Is there a c-hook to find the smallest radius of 2d geometry or of surface or solid models?

Analyze-Surface-Curvature was in V9. Can't seem to access it now.

 

Analyze Contour will work for 2D geometry. You'll have to select each chain.

 

There was a chook written by Roger Martin for V9, but it probably won't work with X2.
