Cursor Colour

Hi guys,

Probably a silly question...but

I installed mastercam the other day(V8.1) but noticed that the cursor was the same colour as the background(Black). I can change the background colour but would rather change the cursor colour to white.

Any ideas??

Do a search of this forum for video cards.

I'll bet $10 you are running an Geforce MX video card. NVIDIA Geforce are good card, but the MX stands for Geforce Lite. You will prbably need to replace your vidio card.

Your Correct....I do have a Geforce MX

But my son uses this for his games....I do have another PC that has a different card...so I will install it on there and see if that is ok.

You can almost bet your paycheck thst it's related to a select few video cards. The next Version should take care of that and a host of other issues.

Steve, I think we have a driver that will sort out the MX black cursor problem. Let me know and I'll email it to you if you need it.

Stewart Roney , if you have a driver that will help. Can you post it on the FTP under Video Drivers for more people that my have this trouble.

Jay, didn't you already have an old version of the Detonator drivers that helped those with MX cards?

I think they were older ones then what are on my FTP.

He needs to use an older driver to fix this problem. Jay, I used one off your ftp 8 months ago and it worked.
