Agies are great! We have a Vertex III and an Evolution and they are the best wire machines I've ever seen. Scary accurate

We have a Fanuc α1-iB with 16" height option and it has been great for our needs. The price was right. It has stood the test of time (several years old now) and maintenance has been very minimal. Methods Machine Tools was fantastic in every way.

I had an agie worked great for me.....

We have our fanuc in a back corner with a man door by it, so the temp varies quite a bit. that fanuc holds size no problem. (our accuracy need are only +/-.0001-.0002 (bought in '01) the charmilles is located in a more temp stable area in the shop and we would get .002-.003 variation on the Y axis from morning to afternoon. they finally put a y axis ballscrew chiller on the machine which is standard now. it is a '04.
