Does anybody know how to match tool number,offset number & station number?.

I would think that you need to go into your "Tool Manager" and right click on the tool in question and select edit. Then, go into parameters and change "Dia. Offset Number" and "Length Offset Number" to match the "Tool Number" of that tool. Do that to all of the tools that you use most often in their respective stations.

 

Other than that, I don't think there's an option to do a global setting to match these to each other.
