rotary 4 axis profiling question

I am looking for the best way to attack this profile on our 4 axis. It can be done rotating around the center of our 4th at the point that I have the ucs placed. This is the first time that I have tried this so suggestions would be appreciated.

I guess I should ask Is Swarf 5 Axis the best tool for this job? Or is there a better tool in the multi axis arsenal?

I would use the 5axis swarf

See I would use 5 axis curve in a 4 axis output method. A guess my question is are the walls normal to the axis of rotation?

Yes they are with a very slight deviation. I get a max deviation of about .002 from top to bottom all around.

 

I guess that the straight answer would be not 100% but mostly.

If Neurosis were to use your method on this part, can Mastercam be forced to ignore the .002 deviation, or would he need to create new straight surfaces?
