X4 problem

I am running mcx4. While working on a file a message will pop up inadvertantly. It says, "The file you are about to overwrite is from Mastercam X3, which is anearlier release of Mastercam. Once saved in Mastercam X4, it can no longer be read in Mastercam X3. Click OK to save the file or Cancel to exity this function."

Arghhhh! This message has poped up 5 times today for no reason. The file I am working on has never been an X3 file, nor does it ever want to be an X3 file. I just hit "Cancel" and proceed but I would like to know why I am getting this message.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mike
