Geez almost 3 months without a peep... I would bump it to.

I cannot help you with setting the default, but if you go into the folder (windows explorer) that has all of your holder libraries in it, then take all of em except the one you use and put em in a new folder. (So only the one you use is in the "tools" folder). Then when you hit "Open Library" only the one you use shows up...
