X5 and X6?

Can I install X6 along side of X5 on the same desktop? I am a little hesitant to install X6 when I am just getting a handle on X5, and I don't want to give up the Verisurf tools. I would like to try X6 though as most of the parts I have been doing lately take about 1 hour to verify if I set it to high quality so I can do an STL compare.

I Have them both on my pc . You just have to make copies of the files you need to transfer from X5 to X6 ie posts,config ect.. there is a topic to follow on this forum Called updating to X6 follow that and you should be fine.

I use X5 for actually making programs, and I keep X6 (64 bit) open at the same time for reference.

It shouldn't be a problem.

I have V9, X4, X5, X6 and X6 MCfSW installed on this machine.

They all run OK
