negatory on my end for that one. which one are you using ? core, area or rest?

the opti core paths have been working pretty good for me, also been using bullnose e/m's for all my paths, i typically have solid for my part and wireframe to define my outer boundary which is typically a block, so nothing super difficult

check your settings for part clearance maybe something needs changed there

I got it to work. For some reasone my default settings in my linking parameters leads and retracts weren't the same as in X5. I have never messed with these settings in X5 or X6 before.

 

But, needless to say I am up and running.

 

 

Are you running version 15.0.4.3 (the most current) of X6?

 

The initial release of X6 had an issue with the vertical arc leads causing the tool to high feed through the material. ****THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN***** regardless of how you have your leads set.

 

I would make sure that you are using the latest release of X6.
