Solids stays checked out

We have 3 seats of Mastercam and 2 seats of solids. So the first 2 people to open Mastercam get solids. No problem. But we are having a problem that keeps happening. Sometimes when one of us closes mastercam, solids stays checked out. This morning I came in and both solids showed to be in use but no one had mastercam open. We keep having to have the IT guy reset the Nethasp to release the solids seats. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem???

Thanks

Connormac

It's a bug and we already have a fix ready to go into the next update of X6.

One way to get around it for now is to have the users go into "Settings/NetHaspLicensing" and manually release the Solids license before shutting down. Not pretty, but it should help until you get the update.

When I saw this get logged here in mid-March (as bug #107102), I was really surprised that it hadn't popped up before.

this bug has been around since the original release of X5 why do we have to wait for a second MU release of X6 to take care of the problem
