Verifying problem !!!!Picture update!!!

I just installed X6 and Im attempting to machine a solid model. Its just a simple contouring and pocketing program. Whats happening is when I verify the program it shows the tool removing too much material even though when I backplot it the tool is machining right to the profile. Ive checked everything, tool dia, x and y wall offset, the .stl file parameters, stock offset, etc. If I add .030" to the wall offset then the .stl file shows it to be perfect, but only when I add material, it should be perfect if I set the walls to 0.

Any ideas?

Ive attached the backplot screen to show the tool is machining to the profile, and also the verify .stl screen to show it shows that the part appears to be under size. thanks!
