Anyone know of an iPad app that can display a Mastercam model? Or even a parasolid or STEP file? Trying to utilize my iPad when talking to the moldmakers on the floor about their projects I am programming. This way I can give them a visual as to what I am talking about. Currently using a printed shaded drawing of the model. We do not have any software on the floor that can display models - software only in the engineering office.

A 3D-PDF Program might work. I have many set-up sheets using this method and it works awesome just not sure of the Ipad can read 3D-PDF.

Ipad and adobe do play well together, at least that what my better half tells me.

eDrawings would work if the model was in a sldprt format. Not all of our models come in sldprt format. More in NX than anything. Hoping someone had a recomendation for a parasolid viewer where you can zoom in/out and rotate a solid model.

I think there's an autocad app that might open them, not sure how useful it is. I haven't found a good app for viewing 3d models on the ipad, and the edrawings app doesn't seem to run that well on the original ipad
