Another problem 9.1SP

Circular interpolation problem.

 

I’m counter boring multi holes. When I post with 9.1SP My G-code looks like this.

G01 X-.7846 Y1.506

G03 X-.7804 Y1.5052 R.003

And I get an undersized hole.

 

When I go back and use V9.0, my G code looks like this.

X-.7846 Y1.506 R.0155

X-.7804 Y1.5052 R.003

And my hole is correct.

 

9.1SP is dropping an R value. Any ideas why it’s doing this?

What are the modal G codes active on the 2 lines posted in V9 SP1? All you have posted are coordinates.

Make sure you are using the correct mp.dll

Sure should be using v9.14 or 9.15. If

you didn't run the Chooks patch this is probably

what is wrong.

Yes, but if you have v9.14 the problem is something else.

The mp.dll file I have is dated 6-30-03 is there a later one? And if so, where would it be? The only one I can find is 6-30-03

YNTO you have to look real close on the undate page. i dont know why they didnt seperate it but the 9.15 dll are on that page got to take a real clsoe look or you will miss I went there 5 times before I found it.

 

I thinkyou may need yo also see if your post got updates to 9.1 also. I dont think it should matter but never know.
