Did you send it into the guys at Shopware? They have always done a good job helping me out when I would get into jam. I haven't experienced anything like that yet (and I use hybrid quite often when doing graphite). File to share would be helpful.

There is a chain around the profile of the part that was selected for a boundry.

X6 never went outside this chain.

Just wondering if its a new setting or an issue.

Yes just sent it to Shopware. They are great over there.

uncheck the box for "preserve z passes".

or set the "offset method" to "closed offsets"

If those don't work - try playing with your tolerances. I have run tolerance to big resulting in gouging. I have also run them too tight which results in surfaces not being machined. All of these situations were in X6 - haven't played enough with X7.
