Converting iges to solid

I have an iges file that I machined and an update was made that included a new hole through the part. I can't extrude the new geometry that I drew because Im not working with a solid. I know there is a way to make my iges model into a solid but I cannot seem to remember how to do it. I'm sure someone here has the answer! :help:

If you pulled your iges file into Mastercam and you are working with surfaces, as long as they are good surfaces that form a watertight model, you should be able to go to the Solid menu and click on "from surfaces."

Personally, if the only difference was one hole, I would just draw the geometry needed to toolpath that one hole. Much quicker.
