Selected tools from library dont have proper S&F

Im choosing tools from my tool library that I set up.When they appear in my operations the S&F arent whats in them,furthermore when I right click to edit them,make the edits under Finalize Properties,they still dont show properly in my Operations.Am I doing something wrong or is something not downloaded properly?

Settings-->configuration-->toolpaths

Look for lock feedrates

It is probably checked

Uncheck it

OR- it could be that you simply need to right click on the tool and re-initialize feeds and speeds.....HTH
