Morph between curves start at top of surface

How do I force tool to start at top of surface in the morph BTC tool path. Instead of dropping down half the radius of my ball end mill?

Extend the surface, and raise the curve by the radius of your tool. The path itself uses the center of the ball, and projects it "normal" to the surface/curve being used to drive it...

Another way to adjust how the tpath responds to the morph curves is to set your "area type" to "full start and end at exact surf edges"

That will activate the "margins" sub-page in cut parameters, then you can adjust how close the center of the tool is allowed to run along the morph curve.

 

As Stated by Murlin: the order you select the curves determines the left to right / right to left bias
