If you are looking for a boring head they cost quite a bit. You might be suprised at how close you can set a fly cutter. This would probably be your cheepest method. If it is a thru hole and the tolerance is not critical you might think about using a hole saw.

If tolerances really don't matter, I'd use a Milwaukee Hole Hawg...basically just a carbide tipped annular hole saw. Available in 1/16" increments. Cut like a mo-fo in just about any material, but you do have to buy their arbor. Best place to find them is your local welding shop or Milwaukee tool dealer.
