Saving verify

Can you save verify and flip it use it on the opposite side so at the end I can see the full finished part?

Yes you can. Save as stl, flip it around an use it as stock in the next op.

There is an easier way though. Create both ops in the same mcx file (I use separate machine groups) and use wcs. Create stock in first machine group and it will verify nicely thru the whole process.

Its easier to create a stock model at then the end of each toolpath group.  You program all you ops for one side, then pic all the ops and create a stock model.  Then when you go to verify tell it to use stock model as stock, pick the stop model that you want to use(if theres more than 2 toolpaths groups there will be more than one), and it will model all your ops from the 1st toolpath group, you can do this after each toolpath group

You can also, in your machine groups, set the stock the same in each machine group and

select both sets of tioolpatha and hit verify.

 

No picking or setting anything just watch verify do both simultaneously

if you use the stock model option quicker and easier to use and you can easily use it to machine against in a lot of paths. Also when you go to verify set the stock mode from the first op to use for Verify and it will show you all of what you have done all ready and only verify what is new.
