Tiny, cute little DA collet holder

OK guys, I had a tiny, cute little DA collet holder. I have misplaced it and emphasis on miss it. I have no idea what size it was as it only had one collet, the one that would fit an Interapid test indicator. I would love to replace it but I don't know what to buy. The holder was about 3 inches long and had a 3/8in shank that would fit a Noga holder. Could some one tell me what collet holder this was? I have no idea as it was given to me by an old timer and all my interweb and eBay search yields is 1/2in or bigger shanks. The little collet looked like an Ericcson DA but I'm not even sure about that.

 

There's lots of similar ER small stuff on eBay but it's all metric.

A DA collet is one of the least accurate collets made, maybe take the opportunity to upgrade to an ER or TG?

Thanks for the input guys. My tram bar came from maritool. Fantastic stuff at very reasonable prices.
