What program are you opening this file with? I get nothing when opening it in the default help menu type program. 

Nevermind. Right clicked on the file on my desktop and unblocked. Never had to do that before- cool.  AND THANKS!

For others who may not know how to unblock...

Right click on the file >> click on properties...then

 

Yes, it is a different program in the screen cap....the process though, it's identical.
