How to find used geometry

So I opened an old file, really old. Whata mess... lol But I am redoing it in 2019. Question is there are so many levels how do I quickly find what geometry certain toolpaths are using?

Turn all your levels on

Select a tool path

Hit the little red square button in the center of the second row

at the top of the tool path manager

Another method that really helps:

With the geometry on a single level open, right click in the Operations Manager and choose 'Select' from the RMB menu.

Choose the Geometry option, and select the geometry on your screen and press ok.

The dialog will report "how many" toolpaths use that geometry.

When you press Ok to exit the dialog box, the function will 'select' (put a green check mark), the Operations that use that geometry.

Nethook in my signature can help with chains/points based toolpaths. If there are a lot of levels it should be faster than hide/show all levels process.
