Is this what you're looking to get out of this toolpath?

I used most of the same settings you had in your toolpath. Changed the tool diameter and some stepover settings and got better clean up from top to bottom. I also used a ball endmill insead of the bullnose that you had.

 

Try using a smaller tool diameter and experiment a little with the stepover on the Cut Pattern and Roughing Perameters windows. This toolpath is probably not the best to use but if it works for you and it's what you have access to, then you just have to go back and forth through all the varialbles and see what works best for your part.

It'll take some time but probably worth it considering the coin you would have to spend to get Blade Expert to do this.

Did also try Blade Expert but skiped it because it wouldn't allow bullnose. Ballnose roughing takes way too long time.

 

With the trim/extend function I managed to machine the entire pocket, now I only need to get the tool inclination right so it don't gouge the left blade.

what? are you kidding? and they want $$$$$ for it. Ha, thats some blade expert :no

 

Anyone machining blades that I know of always use bullnose wherever possible. At least I do
