  1. Hi jmparis, Check Setting->Configuration->Files and enable the Autosave feature in the lower right. I think this is off by default.
  2. I don't have Art, but I do know they offer a free online "course" here: Streamingteacher Mastercam Art Course
  3. Hi 5 AX, Expand the Machine Group 1 Properties in the Operations Manager, select Files and rename the Group Name and/or the Toolpath (.nc) file name. Hope this helps.
  4. stevieboy, Try right-clicking on the toolbar-> load toolbar state-> Design this should put things back
  5. Mark, In the control definition file, arcs, check to see if helix support is activated.
  6. Todd, Good enough for me. Now I just wish I had an IntelliMouse Explorer with the two buttons on the left side instead of this one with a button on each. The right side button is so awkward. Thanks again Todd.
  7. Nicely done Rich. Thank you for your response and in welcoming me to the forum.
  8. Todd, Excellent suggestion and I do have a five button mouse currently. Other than using the IntelliPoint software how do you assign commands to your mouse buttons. Customize in X only seems to allow right-click customization, other than a pan/rotate radial for the wheel button that is. I am a noob to Mastercam in every aspect, X being my first taste. Thanks again for your input, it is appreciated.
  9. Has anyone been able to add the Apply and Ok functions from the X Ribbon Bar to the right-click menu? Does anyone know if this is even possible? Seems like a big time saver to me. Thanks.
  10. Nice catch gcode, you saved me some headaches with that one. Made the change and no more artifacts when it's done running backplot. FYI I'm running a Quadro FX 500. Thanks again.
