  1. anybody out there by chance has a model of a toilet seat (bemis 450 ec) any help would be greatly appreciated.
  2. could anyone figure this out, sometimes when a i do a drill op, the operation automatically picks the origin plus the arcs selected.is there a setting that i am missing somewhere. any help is greatly appreciated.
  3. hello, we just got moldplus catia tranlator v2 mr1 sp3 and already having problems.when we open a catia file, mastercam fails to import the part numbers and labels. does anyone know if there is a setting that maybe we missed. any info will be greatly appreciated. thanks

  7. say, i have a square built with surfaces on all sides, how do i turn that into a solid body, in mastercam is very easy, just go to solid from surfaces and everything is taken care of.
  8. i am kind of new at building models with surfaces in solidworks and i was wondering if there is a command to turn the surfaces into a solid in solidworks, just like in mastercam. thanks

  15. hello everyone.our company owns a axis machine and it is having trouble reading nc code.we have been told by the the manufacturer that the problem is the nc code. it shows 5 decimal numbers in the x and y directions and suposedly it should have only 4 places. where in the post sould i look to change this setting? thanks for your help n advance.
  16. the fadal operator ask me to post a program with cutter comp in it. i posted the program and he is adjusting it manually to his desired settings. the tool is supossed to do a cutout, but once he adjusts the nc code the tool goes back and forth on the same location on a linear path. the nc code has a g41. is there anything that i need to change in my setting (mcx)to make this prgram work or is it machine related? thanks in advance.

  20. hi everybody, there is a file on the ftp site, it is on the unspecified folder and is called batsymbol.mc8. my question is what is the best wy to create surfaces on this file.just for fun. thanks

  22. look in ftp: mxc2, file name is helpftp.mcx just an idea, hope it helps.
