+1 on that SLJ ,I did not pay to much attention before ,but converting dwg files seems to be the issue for me. again I am using ati card and I don't trust it.

only sometimes my did not copy geo to target level,had to restart mastercam. (I am using ati card firegl3100)

I did it again, updated drivers for this ..... ati card firegl 3100 . was working good did not like new driver so went back to old one, now I get this error when the customize setting is selected. (ole register drop target failed) any ideas? thanks all

I did install latest mx2 mr2 sp1 but if I check in mastercam update still shows mr2 sp1 as update. sometimes it says can not conect to update server did I miss something?

it is your ati card ,I always get that with mine. yes ,exit and open mastercam and ..... bingo back to normal. do this to all abnormal responses.

I am using inventor rigth now but still missing solidworks. go solidworks and you will be happy. catia is the high end of solidworks(same company) you will never be wrong with dassault systemes.

using a collet, so I guess it is a a compression. yes it is tied real good (roll tapping)
