I don't think print has enough enough info . I did find the fplot c-hook
rollers should form straight line in 35 deg -----additional note
I don't see .EQN for a hyperboloid in the fplot c-hook
Yes ,
I talked to my re-seller and he had mill loosen up the min arc length and radius in the machine def /control def to .002 . also make sure my look ahead is activated .
2x the step over seems like a lot ?
I was using high speed surface (opti-rough) and it clipped the corner of my part. It did not show this in verify . The tool path looks good . I have cimco editor pro and it does not show the toolpath crossing that corner either. Anyone have a suggestion of what to check next . I reposted and it does repeat . Scary thing is that it looks fine before it goes out to machine .

What would be best too path direction to limit tool deflection and good finish . Step over in XY or step down Z ? This is about 11 inches deep and 20 across cavity . Using a 1 Inch insert ball cutter .
High speed raster produces a good looking to path stepping over in xy. Any thoughts about going opposite direction.
Thanks
Anyone having this issue with verify 2018
Annoying to have to close this window every time and verify loads up behind main screen

I am getting this error box when I try to run verify 2018 "Error occurred in "SendPostedDataAndEndSessionNormalizeNullVector"
verify still seems to run ok .
