  4. I don't think print has enough enough info . I did find the fplot c-hook rollers should form straight line in 35 deg -----additional note I don't see .EQN for a hyperboloid in the fplot c-hook

  12. Having trouble with lead in / lead out on swarf tool path to cut this chamfer . Does not seem to recognize anything I put in ?
  13. Yes , I talked to my re-seller and he had mill loosen up the min arc length and radius in the machine def /control def to .002 . also make sure my look ahead is activated . 2x the step over seems like a lot ?

  16. I was using high speed surface (opti-rough) and it clipped the corner of my part. It did not show this in verify . The tool path looks good . I have cimco editor pro and it does not show the toolpath crossing that corner either. Anyone have a suggestion of what to check next . I reposted and it does repeat . Scary thing is that it looks fine before it goes out to machine . 2018-02-01 13.16.25.tif

  18. What would be best too path direction to limit tool deflection and good finish . Step over in XY or step down Z ? This is about 11 inches deep and 20 across cavity . Using a 1 Inch insert ball cutter . High speed raster produces a good looking to path stepping over in xy. Any thoughts about going opposite direction. Thanks

  20. I am getting this error box when I try to run verify 2018 "Error occurred in "SendPostedDataAndEndSessionNormalizeNullVector" verify still seems to run ok .
