  1. All will base on What kind of Material, tool, and type of operation you run in to. Check out the Master Machinist, Machinist toolbox or Me Pro. they are very good.
  2. Go to operation manager, display options and making sure that wcs, tool plane was checked. it should give you more infor. where was that cut about.

  8. I think, Tim has the best way to deal with this. My opinion, McamNut, you should not mess with your post because: *every single number come out from your post should relate with the data that you input into MC file (i mean, you should have fully control over it) *very soon, you will realize that not all Jobs need 5" or 10" cleance when you move from wcs to another wcs.
  9. First: I agree with John. Second: To Cascadeclimbr: I think, your post doing just fine. It will be more help (in set up process) if you have "M1" just after Z0.

  13. First, thanks for your help. In my post, ret_on_indx is set to 0 and when i post the program, i did answer 0 in "Question format statements" (HOME RETRACT ON ROTATION MOVE? [1=YES, 0=NO]). If it is the case, someone left behind "Z0". Could you please show me how to fix it? Thank you Mc9.1, Solidwork 2007, Machine: Hoz. Toyoda Fa630 Full B , fanuc 15MB

  15. Pick your machine then Go to Control definition and edit operation defaults
  16. same result or even better because it makes your program shorter.
  17. Hi all In version X, Operation default will save for specific machine not for all machine. Pick your the machine first then edit the operation default and save it. It will stay the way you want it.
