Hi Rick,
Not sure I just ordered(post ref cd) basically on the advice I received from the forum. Basically speaking I don't really care if there is a charge-but realistically there should not be if we are paying maintenance.
So why do we have to pay for it if we pay maintenance. Surely it should be included as part of maintenance-after all the reason we purchase the system is to generate good code-which obviously requires tweaking the post-and to do this we need the referance guide

Hi Eraiis. I had the same issues. But you could use the High Speed(Waterline) toolpath. Just create a surface between the two circles. Then select the high speed toolpath. Use the top and bottom circles as your boundaries.
Inverse Time Feed Mode (G93)
This VMC/HMC feature specifies that all F (feedrate) values are to be interpreted as “strokes per minute.” This is equivalent to saying that the F code value, when DIVIDED INTO 60, is the number of seconds that the motion should take to complete. G93 is generally used in 5-axis work, and sometimes in 4-axis work as well. It’s a way of translating the linear (inches/min) feedrate assigned to the program – F30, say – into a value that takes rotary motion into account. When G93 is activated, the F value will tell you how many times per minute the stroke (tool move) can be repeated, based on the linear F value.
I would like to eventually learn how to create/edit posts. Can anyone suggest where I should start. What programming languages I need to learn etc.
Thanks.
I am using circle mill to cut a bore with depth cuths on. I was wondering is there a way (in circle mill) to put a dwell on my last pass at the bottom of the hole
I am not sure which toolpath you are using, but it looks like either circle mill or helix bore.
Spade117 is correct, try changing your Entry/exit arc sweep to less than 180. this will give you a line lead in.
