Waterline HSM is not outputing a G0 on the 1st line move of the operation. I'm not sure if is a post issue or something else.

Check your taper direction(on your taper page). How it work for me is, whatever direction your top head tilts with your 1st taper cut is the direction you choose. Eg. if you're cutting a die cavity, your 1st pass is cutting in a clockwise direction, and you want your land on the top, you set your taper direction to the right.
I guess it's matter what you're used to. I have been using the new "Tech" style of power settings some. It works pretty good most of the time. All you do it input material thickness, wire dia. and surface finish and it outputs the correct amount cuts, offsets and power settings.
If you have your Thread point in the center of your hole and your compensation direction set to auto, MC will know what side of the profile to cut too. Use verify in MC to make sure your path is on the correct side.
I found it. I looked at that page about 10 tmes and never saw it. I'm going to go get a cup of coffee and then splash cold water on my face.. thanks davidb and JP!
I got it. It was the arc settings that were causing the problems. The reason this happened was my post weren't updated correctly. Thank you everyone for the help!
After switching over to X7, I'm having trouble with arcs. Just doing basic lead in/outs and circle pockets. I get the error at the control "020 tolerance of radius". I believe I'm using the same setting as I did in X6. I'm using wear comp. Any ideas?
