  6. more or less I guess. I dont use an stl file and just compare to the part file. the colors and tolerances are all messed up but I just use it to make sure I dont miss anything.
  7. I copied all the settings I had used in x6 (which worked perfect). In x7 not so much. If I turn it to landscape I can get it to work But Im prefer it in portrait.
  8. I dont think its the logo causing problems. The white box extends to the right from the info box that is before the tool list.
  9. I got X+ installed for X7. I am having trouble when I print a tool list with my logo. There is a white box or an extention of the header box that extends over part of my part image. I would post an image but im not sure how to do a screen shot. I hope this makes sense... Thanks in advance.
  10. Thanks guys for the help but it appears we lost the job becasue the customer did not like the quote management gave them to do the job. oh well..
  11. I have a part coming up that is Titanium TI-6AL4V. I have 10 parts to make and I have never worked much with this stuff. I will be just using Basic Garr carbide endmills. Pretty basic part with a 1/2 hole and a couple .375 slots that are 1.5" deep. along with some contouring. I am mainly looking for a starting point for sfm and chip loads and depth of cuts for the slots and for the drill. Any tips would be great also. Thanks
  12. ok I found the compare button and I loaded my file on the right side menu. But I cannot get it to show the colors like x6 did. I dont quite understand the compare menu I guess. any help would be great. Thanks

  21. Is it best to go to control panel and remove/uninstall X4 and X5 that way? I just want to make sure I dont mess up X6 or X7.
  22. i aggree about leaving x6 on for a while. Its kinda the reason I still have X4 and X5 still on. I just thought it was time to remove them. But so far no one has given any ideas or the correct process to uninstall them.
