    i have some of the same issues, what we did was model in the table of the machine and where ever x y zero is on the table thats where it is in mastercam. im doing this on a fadal and x y zero was fortunatly the center of the table and basicly programed it like a fixter.

    does anybody know where i can get a good indexable 1" ball mill? how about if there are any with geo for cutting wood and turning 15000 rpm? i also need a good finish no lines from the inserts, thanks for any help.

    I am translating my tool plane by subprogram, but after posting my z depths are different. To deep. Could it be somthing i'm inputing wrong in the transform operations parameters? Thanks in advance for any help.

    I've been told by a reliable source that there is a bug with the wcs. I have instaled the 9.1 service pack 1, and I am waiting for the service pack 2, but my problem is that I will copy a system view rename it and set the t/c plane,then I will creat a tool path and go to select the T/C plane in the tool parameters and it is renamed back to the original view and t/c plane.     Everyone is right on.If using MasterCam U need the EIA option.If not using MasterCam program with Mazatrol.Once you get the hang of mazatrol you will love it,and the factory training is wonderfull.

    I'M machining banjo necks on a new VF3,we are cutting many types of wood.The dust is mixing with the spindle oil and sticking on the belt making the spindle feel rough when you turn it by hand.The spindle was checked and is in good condition.Has anybody had this problem before?
