  8. if you have coolant set to "from tool" when you import the ops you have to pick the tool to update the coolant command PIA i know i say if you save a op it should save it just how it was coolant etc HTH
  9. check into a nice carbide endmill and let her eat i use a varimill with TSC on @ ss10000(machine max) feed 469ipm with a .08 stepover 1.5 DOC cuts it like butter

  12. when you go into the MD look for the "open folder" and open the MD you want to change then its not the active MD unconfused now

  14. when you make changes its not the current machine def in MC is it? use a default machine then make changes to the machine you want then re-load HTH

  16. what i have found is that when you select the path for the defaults,ops,etc after each selection in the files area save the CD and they seem to stick. well.... so far anyway
  17. Doug did you try writing to the offset thru MDI to make sure it works? #2199=.01
  18. in the MC applet (start/all programs/ mastercamx4/MCAMX4 control applet/mastercam properties) click plus sign/ reset/ you will see on the right side "dialog positions" HTH
