I have two scollap toolpaths cutting the same job in the same erea.I have changed only a few things in the two prog's,like filter one way and bias angle.What i would like to do now is back plot them together so they lay on top of each other but in different colours.I have the colour display set so my arcs are different colours than my linear moves but can i get a different colur for each programe????? Thx in advance

My 2 cents I use 2d contour chamfer with a ball nose cutter,for larger holes.I think it works great.

what im trying to do is have more options in the tool parameter page under the coolant pull down.Currently there is off M9 flood M8 mist M7 tool M58 I would like to add Ext Air M50 Threw spindle Air M51 M9 turns all these functions off but i currently edited my program to get the options i want for that perticular toolpath

I use delete duplicate entities alot but i did not know about the c-hook.So don't feel stupid Randlexx,allways learning.

How many times have you accidently hit the regen button in the ops manager when hitting backplot? Just a thought would it be a good idea to the move the button say half way down the page so I dont regen a big toolpath?

When u choose by deepth it will cut at the highest contour and work down.If you choose by contour and select the contours in the order you want them cut then you should get what you are after.

Make sure it is true solid .I also find i cant zoom using F1 key but i can right mouse click and use all functions (zoom)(rotate) Just another good trick is to save it as an STL file then backplot any newer toolpaths using this file.

The fires are making the news here in OZ.Good luck Rekd hope all is well.Each year in Australia we have large bush fires more times than not they are lit by kids.Australia is the dryiest continant in the world.Last year a large fire was started by kids and they were talking about making the parents repay the costs of fighting the fire this would have been thousands maybe even in the millions.Good luck to all hope those winds dye down.

I do same as James Ive never had much sucsess with mirroring toolpaths.I have also seen this wear tool ramps from bottom to top go figure??
