Maybe there is a better one...I think it's not perfect (the first and last depths, the step amount are different, the results are different) Using the contact point algorithm, the calculation results are not completely accurate at the edge?! Unified's algorithm will be more accurate...

There is a misjudgment problem when using Ctrl+Shift+clic for hollow solids...unless you are willing to split the solids! When this problem occurs when using Ctrl+Shift+clic, I will not cancel or reselect, but directly use the mouse window to select the unnecessary holes (it may take 2 times, because the first time will select all the holes in the range, the second time It takes 2 times to cancel all holes) I'm used to doing it this way...I also want to know other good ways!?

Sorry, my English is not good. I don’t understand what you mean? Your stock is wrong, I did not use it, because 2 times using 3D high-speed Contour does not require the use of stock! Just control the depth...the focus is on the use of the tool Use END MILL or END MILL BULL (very small R).... I only created another stock to simulate using it. I think the simulation results are acceptable... But there is a problem of docking accuracy... It may be necessary to set the reserve amount separately for individual surfaces to avoid overcutting the previously processed surfaces...

Looking for a toolpath to surface a partial cylinder

This is the pride of Mastercam! Since I started using v9.1, it has existed functions, and it is very suitable for some occasions (electrode) But the high-speed Contour does not incorporate this function...it is a pity -

You are right, this distance can be controlled by parameters and can be adjusted according to needs. good! -

Multi-axis tool paths cannot output arc codes. If the machine can effectively run linear codes, it will be smoother to change the tool advance and retreat methods. -
When you use Pocketing without turning on Intermediate slices, do you have normal tool path generation? If so... could you screenshot some pictures of the tool paths? ...and pictures of the Intermediate slices parameters

Yes, tell the dealer and they will take care of it...but it will cost a lot of money, which means you still have to upgrade. The dealer said at the time that Hasp was obsolete and could not replace USB, and that it would cost money to upgrade the software license. (You cannot replace the old X5 Hasp with the X5 software license) The dealer said that it must be upgraded to the current release version, so the company updated everything The days of Hasp are over

Yes, ModuleWorks Pocket does not seem to have a specified entry point option at the moment (hopefully there will be in the future) But currently it automatically calculates a reasonable path! If the calculation result is unreasonable, you can check or re-establish the bottom driving surface
-
Bottom driving surface problem, rotate it or re-establish it to avoid the "position" of the "hidden" boundary line of the surface Make it not exist (if it is a 360-degree surface, there is no way to eliminate it, it must be there, you can only change the position) I don't know the English meaning, but my understanding is this...
-
Test... I still think it is more efficient to not withdraw if it is reasonable. It was only withdrawn after the second deep cut... Optimization...Solidcam was completed a few years ago, Tebis was completed only recently How long do you have to wait for Mastercam?....You all want to be satisfied with the status quo and not move forward?! Those who do not support please do not throw water, but those who support please speak out Even if I am hated by everyone, I still have to say what needs to be said...

I don’t know if future versions will have the possibility of adding cutting from the outside? (Hard materials) Now it can only be created manually
