HELLO EVERYONE!!!!! I have same knifes to machining all contour ,same places was re welded and is very hard .All part is over 40 HR. To Finishing teeth I can not use the tools greater than 3/4 .I tried carbides ,high speed toolpath and after 2nd part the endmill was dull.Do you have any ideas??? Part has a 2 inch thickness Thank you for any clues 45-45-02.mcx-8
