Which multiaxis toolpaths support undercut tools?

Anyone know of a good form tool grinder for peek plastic? The grinder we use isn't familiar with plastic cutting tools. They sent us a straight flute... Didn't work too well.

I got the project part... What about cut parameters to make axis sub work. I'm stumped.

Hey mike you think you could post a screen shot of the suggested axis sub parameters to make that work? I tried a few things but it wraps it way to big.

Use the dynamic WCS to create the plane. Then select that WCS under the plane tab in that toolpath

I can't open the file till tomorrow, but I think I got the text part but what about a toolpath? It's on a 5 axis mill. I was thinking of kicking it at a 45 or so and then engraving. Axis sub?

What about speeds/feeds? Harvey tool is showing 800-1200sfm... I forgot to mention it's medical grade peek. Not sure if it's any different ?

I tried the tool touch off for a fanuc. It works but it puts the length offset in tool wear, not geometry. Any easy fix for this? -
Anyone cutting this stuff? Any tips or tool mfg suggestions?

Or offset your curve out the the radius of your cutter, and drive it to the center, not tip.

How are yall putting tapered shanks on your tool profiles? Like a 1/16 endmill with a 1/8 shank... I lose alot of clearance with the default square edges. Create a new custom tool profile on every tool? Am i missing something?

I recently added a second display and have been having some funny issues that I'm thinking may be my graphics not keeping up. I like to toss my cut parameters and chaining box to my second monitor but everytime I reopen that window, it pops up right on the center of my main monitor... Could this be my problem or am I just totally missing something?

Ctrl alt del and pop up the task manager, then exit the task manager. This works sometimes!
