Well My re-seller got in touch with me and is going to give me a price on a post for the Swiss. I fell confident that with the right post it should be able to handle it.
Thanks for the responses
We have 3 Twin-32's and 1 Twin-42 DMG's at our other facility and the amount of down time is more than anybody should ever have to deal with. I personally don't work on them but I do see the monthly Machine repair statements.
Before you buy you should talk to some owners in the area and see what they think about the support they get in IL, and especially now that they have teamed up the guy from Arthur Machine Tool to create another Company.
Bottom line ask around!!!
I have a project that I'm working on and I need to put numbers Ascending next to each hole down 15 a across 16 going from 1-220 is their an easy way to do this?
We do Aerospace and Medical and thank god for Medical its been keeping some of us at 45hrs some at 40hrs we are definitely down from last year at this time about 20% but the doors are still open!!!
When I go to "Settings/Customize/Toolbar States" and check the "X+" it puts a small little box out into the screen but I can't do anything with it. If I move it up to my toolbar you can't read it?
Ooops
Hey Ray,
Their working on it I just thought I could try and fix it myself with a little help.
Were a little slow right now so I'm taking the time to trying to get all my posts working the way they should. But like Scott said this is the one from In-House so they are going to fix it for me I thought it might be something I could do but I guess not.
Hope things are good with you if your still here that means your still programming that’s good?
this is how its posting now

The post is set to vertical and in the toolpath parameters page planes(wcs) is set to "wcs=top" "tool plane=front" "comp/construction plane=front"
Now I just checked something before I sent this reply and it worked I'm so used to setting my wcs for indexing that I didn't realize for simple vise work using the wcs works but in the parameters page it needs to be set to wcs=front so it knows its not indexing.
Thanks for all the help guys I just need to not over think stuff
I'm machining on the front side of the part and I'm not indexing so I don't want any indexes to post out but this is what I get
